Stripes are are formed woven gold metal coloured lace; note the use of coloured thread for the Chief Technicians insignia. |
Anodised aluminium buttons are used to fasten the front of the jacket, with the upper most being utilised to suspend the aiguillettes. |

Shoulder knots are of gold coloured wire, held in place by a strap threaded though loops that are sewn to the jacket and an anodised aluminium button. |
